well the reservation  for EWS (emotionally weaker section) IS OF 10%

only a general candidate will be applicable for EWS and not candidates who belong to SC,ST,OBS.

well the annual income should be under 8 lakhs and should not own agricultural land of 5 acres or more.

With a score of 221.3 NIT Allahabad in Electrical Engineering(Biomedical Engineering) were slight higher than your score. This year if the cut off go down or they increase the cut off you might get a call. But probability is really low for these colleges.
