Hello Aspirant,
It's difficult to predict your admission chances based on your percentile. As per the previous year cutoff, The chances are less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs with this percentile. You can try for the state level counselling, I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main April Session 2020 which application form is expected to start from 7th February, 2020.
If you want to know your admission possibilities in state level counselling then you can use JEE Main college Predictor tool given below. https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor
Good Luck!
It's difficult to predict the qualifying cutoff or admission possibilities based on your percentile. With this percentile the chances should be decent to qualify the exam but there is less chance to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.

Hii Tejas!
Coming to your question, it is a very rare that transgenders get reservation in the College admissions, but yes, some Colleges do have this facility. Especially women colleges have such reservation on a very small scale. It would be better for us to answer your question in detail if you specify the name of the College or the state in which you are interested to take admissions. Hope you understand.
Good luck!
Hello Mohan
No, there is no SC/ST/BC, women, physically challenged etc. quota or reservation of any kind for IIIT admissions. All admissions are strictly merit based and in open category.
Hope it helps.
