Hope you are doing great !! I want to tell you  that your chances of clearing the JEE Advanced with 50 marks in SC/St  category is very very less . Therefore , the chances of getting admission in any one of the IITs is quite impossible . Hope it helps and all the best for your future endeavors . See for NEET UG different categories have been provided reservation quota as per the norms of Indian Constitution  and for Physically disabled candidates there is horizontal reservation of 5% across all other categories.

Here horizontal reservation means PwD category gets reserved along with other categories as well like there is 27% reserved quota for OBC-NCL and out of that 27%, 5% seats will be reserved for PwD candidates and those candidates are to be called as OBC-NCL PwD candidates, and likewise with other categories as well.

Candidates who qualify as physically disabled must have a current certificate proving their disability.

For candidates with physical disabilities, there is a 3% horizontal reservation in the 15% All India UG Quota seat. Candidates with a locomotor handicap in the lower limb that ranges from 50% to 70% are eligible for this reservation.

However, if there are still open seats under the 3 percent limit, consideration will be given to those who have lower limb locomotor disabilities that range from 40 to 50 percent.
