YES, you are eligible for getting full fees reimbursement by TS government. Those students whose rank is above 10,000 in CET is eligible for a fee reimbursement of Rs. 35000 the rest to be paid by students. SC and ST students will get full fee reimbursement irrespective of their ranks. And BC students below 10,000 rank are beneficiaries for this scheme (total fee will be paid by govt). 75% attendance is compulsory for both of them. students can apply up to the beginning of the next academic year.

We can't say anything about the qualification trends for this year as it keeps varying every year. Looking at previous year and this year's trend it looks like it's slightly hard for you to qualify for JEE Advanced. The cut off usually grazes 90 percentile. There is no separate reservation for girls for the qualification, the reservation is only there for admission.

The states in the eastern region, including the other states like the Northern regions and UP, a single girl child who does not fall under the criteria of non-caste reservation for any kind of reservation. However, in a typical situation, a single girl kid who falls under the reserve category is qualified to receive the benefits of reservation as specified in the central list regulations. In the field of politics alone, there is a 33 percent unlisted reservation for female students.
