According to the CMR mentioned by you in the question, you have good chances to get NIFT colleges for B.Des. course as per previous year's data and for prediction of campuses you can check out the NIFT College Predictor given at the end of this answer.

No there is no any reservation in NIFT Delhi for the candidates having domicile of Kashmir so there is no any benefit of having domicile of Kashmir if you are seeking admission in NIFT Delhi, and also on such rank it is quite difficult to get NIFT Delhi as per previous year's data.

See till now the NIFT cut-offs have not been released but as per previous year's cut-off data we have helped you with some predictions of shortlisting but note that above predictions can also be changed depending upon various factors.

I would like to tell you that it is not possible for you to avail the SC Category reservation in the 85% Delhi State Quota. This is not valid because the list of Castes is State specific . As such a member of SC/ST/OBC is eligible for benefits in his state of origin only. A member of Backward Community, who migrates to other State is not entitled to get benefits, from the state of migration.

There is only 15 percent reservation for non-local candidates or candidates belonging to andra pradesh. No caste/category is applicable for the 15 percent reserved seats all are treated as same non-locals/same category.

To get the reservation of pwd candidate, a candidate more than hold 40 persent disability to be eligible for the reserved seats for pwd. So No can't get reservation benifit of pwd certificate  . For more details do comment on comment section below.

In the normal procedure and claim the reservation of seats 15% for SC and 7.5% for ST reservation for your choice of course in Delhi University admission. And claim your category reservation for the seats  you are applying for.
