With reference to your above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that to get Clinical seat for General category you neet to get 50th percentile for General category students.
NEET PG cut off General category is 50th percentile , while for SC/ST/OBC aspirants, it is 40th percentile. Last year, NEET PG cutoff 2020 scores for General category was 366, while cutoff marks for SC/ST/OBC was 319.

During their counseling they alos ask candidate to present their category certificate which shows that there are reservation criterias in this particular exam. Yes , like every other government exam AIFSET(All India Forensic Science Entrance Test ) exam also have seats reserved for several categories based on the rules given by Government of India or the government of respective states, so it might depend on college to college
For a rough idea reservation wont be more than 50% that means there will be atleast 50 % seats available for general category .

If there is no option to change the category now, it would be almost impossible for to avail the benefit of PWD Quota. You will have to go through the entire process as an OBC Candidate because the category which you select during form filling is considered to be the final for the entire process.
You can still get the benefit of OBC quota, if you have work hard you shouldn't worry about reservations. All the best.

A bill has been passed by government for 33% reservation of girls in technical and medical admission in Bihar.
This reservation has been applied from session 2021-2022.
Chief Minister of bihar nitish Kumar has asked offical of science and technology and health and medicl department to take necessary steps and reserve 33.3% seats for girls in all engineering and medical college.
