Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well. I checked the required documents for NEET UG 2021 counselling for the state of Maharashtra, there is no mention of DAM affected certificate in there . So,most probably there's no reservation for this .
You can also check the list of required documents from the official counselling website of the concerned authority in Maharashtra. I'll provide you with the link below :
-- info.mahacet.org
In case the link is not opening directly, you can copy and paste it onto the search bar of a browser and search, you'll reach the main page of the website .
You are also advised to carry this certificate in case you are alloted a college through the state quota counselling of your state and produce it to the college authorities in case it is asked for .
Hope my answer helped.
Hope you are doing well.
Dam affected certificate is used due to a bill to consolidate and alter the legislation relating to the rehabilitation of people impacted by specific projects in Maharashtra, as well as items related to or incidental to such projects.

Hey aspirant
If you want to take benefits of female reservations then you do not have to follow any process. You should mention in your gender section 'Female' and you are eligible to take the reservation. There is no such process to be followed to take gender based reservations.
Hope this helps
All the best
