Reservation
Hello Aspirant,
See as you have passed class 1st-12th from Delhi so you would be eligible for state quota counselling of Delhi but you will not be eligible for ST quota in Delhi state counselling because for it you require ST reservation certificate of Delhi and for ST certificate of Delhi you must be the permanent resident of Delhi and permanent resident in the sense that your family should be the permanent resident of Delhi on or before September 8th 1993, which you don't fulfil because you belongs to Rajasthan.
So if you want to take part in Delhi state quota counselling then you can take through only General category not through ST category.
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!

But you can get admission in private medical colleges under state quota in Karnataka. Some private medical colleges for consideration are as follows:

Hello,
I hope you are doing fine, The state quota is essentially nothing but a reservation category for the candidates whose permanent residence is in the state the college is located in. This would require your identity proof where your entire address is mentioned. Since you told that you are a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh and studied in Maharashtra. You are eligible for state quota in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
I hope you find this information helpful. I wish you all the best for your future.
Good Luck
