Reservation
Dear Raghu,
NITs and many reputed institutions that have JEE MAINS rank as their entrance level requirement does not have any defence related reservations. Only SC, ST, PWDs are entitled to the benefits of reservation. But other than that there are some colleges like Army Engineering College which does have an quota for defence and selection depends on your JEE MAIN rank and percentile.

Hi, in order to be considered a minority or a student belonging to any category, you will need to submit all your documents at the time they are asked for.
If you fail to do so by any chance, you will be considered a considered a candidate of general category and hence you will be eligible only for the unreserved seats, and not the seats for any category. Your rank will then be according to that, and you will not be considered a minority.
However if you do get a correction window, you might be able to rectify this mistake.

As you have mentioned that you have secured 27k rank in neet 2021 and taking into consideration that you have the benefit of reservation so let me tell for Osmania you have good chances to get a seat there.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs, and difficulty level of the paper.
Dear Aspirant
The thing which you have to do is check if the caste which falls under ST category in Himachal Pradesh also falls under ST category in Delhi too, because some castes differ from state to state. Also there is a separate Central Delhi list for SC category, so it's very difficult to say that your caste would fall under that list.
So your best option is to get a SC Certificate from Delhi.
Hope this helps
