Hi Anushka, The trend or normalization of marks vs percentile depends on various factors such as marks obtained by topper, difficulty level of exam, number of participants writing exam, etc. So, this might cause less percentile of 95.946 even with 191 marks in JEE MAINS 2021. And you can check out the college predictor tool given below once again:

Thankyou!
Such problems are addressed by quite a number of students. Now the issue which yields lower percentiles with considerably good marks is the normalization. So if the paper of the shift is easier than the others then its expected that you will get a considerably less percentile despite of having good marks. This are the procedure of normalization and the decision of hard or easier is entirely depend on the definition of NTA.
So this is a reason behind this fluctuations. I would recommend you to attempt the further session of JEE MAINS.
I hope this might help. All the very best for your future endeavors!
Hello,
NTA has released the results for JEE Main at the official website at https://ntaresults.nic.in/resultservices/JEEMain-Feb-2021-auth?utm_source=careers360&utm_medium=traffic, in order to view your result just enter the important details such as application number, date of birth and security pin(as provided), the results will be displayed on the screen, download it and take a print of few copies for future reference.
The marks vs percentile score trends depends on the highest marks scored by a candidate, difficulty level of the exam, total number of candidates appeared, tie breakers etc. Percentile score is the total percentage of candidates who have scored equal marks or less than you in the session. The marks scored in each individual subject and the overall marks scored will be considered. The predicted score before the result and the final score varies because the predicted percentile score is based on previous year data and the numbers keep changing for the given factors that determine the percentile. And the result that is published by NTA is fair and final. There will not be any discrepancies in the results.
With 76 percentile you may qualify in JEE Main 2021 based on previous year cut off percentile if you belong to OBC/EWS/SC/ST/PWD but if you belong to general category you may not qualify.
The qualifying cut off percentile for JEE Main 2020 was as follows
