Yes of course, it will be considered because if you make correction in your application form and specially in category then it will be considered for all attempts, so even if you are General candidate and changing your category to Gen-EWS for further attempts in same application form

You have to apply for the correction of result to AIBE and from that you will get it corrected. But I am sorry to say there are no official information available regarding the procedure of application for correction. So I would recommend you to visit the contact section of AIBE
