Till date there is no updates for phase 2 results, officials haven't released any dates for announcement of  phase 2. Many students didn't get their ranks although qualifying AP Eamcet, the results are on hold because of verification of 10+2 marks. Kindly keep checking  the  official website for more

When the dates of release were said in a news report as oct 16, the NTA (National testing Agency) also mentioned that the results will be out by 4pm. This was published in a NDTV report. But generally It will not be sharply the time they have reported. So,

While you are giving second compartment exam it will not make any difference.on result whatever marks you scored there will be  no deduction. But on your marksheet the board will mention about the 2nd compartment exam. This will make a year gap so while you are taking admission

The inter marks processing are not yet completed at the Eamcet Authority, once completed they will release the phase 2 result. They didn't mention the exact date due to the delay in updating the Eamcet marks of the students. No worries, Wait for a few days the result
