When somebody wants to be software engineer in HCLwhether you come after an engineering graduation or whether you come through Tech Bee programme, It’s one in the same because both of you are doing same job for me. Are you doing the job well, Are you a good performer, Are you a good team worker, Do you have good communication skills all these make a person to grow in career so career growth for Tech Bee and an engineering graduate in HCL for the first five year is the same, It’s nothing different and end of the day it left individual & based on his or her performance so if a graduate comes to me with his resume what do I look for, What’s the other questions so we know that he/she is a good graduate marks matter, Marks is the first criteria after they do B.A to get into from the campus to participate in any of HCL shortlisting processes.

Every company has its own cutoff marks, Student pursuing engineering should get good marks in engineering school to stay a head from others because that’s basic ask to appear for the interview. If they have done summer project it will be fantastic, They will be safe beautifully in shortlisting process because they have prior experience.

It is really good to dream about studying abroad.

Yes it is true that the education system in the foreign gives importance to extracurricular activities but they also consider one's graduation score. So don't indulge yourself only in other activities and not care about your studies.

Now the extra curricular activities that you can pick are like learning a new language or better yet get a certificate in the said language,  playing a musical instrument,   picking up a new sport to play,   writing blogs,   doing internships in reputed companies. These things will surely help. Community service may not serve as a main factor for admission.

see it depends on the college authority whether they will allow you to again enroll in for m.com (//m.com) course from second year, or you need to take again admission in first year, I suggest you to directly contact with college authority for this. however the maximum duration to complete the m.com (//m.com) course is 5 years from ignou.

You cannot get admission in final year even if it is in the same college in which you have studied earlier or in any other college.If you to complete your graduation you need to take new admission again and attending classes from 1st year and appear in all exams.If you don't wish to attend classes you can complete your graduation through correspondence but you need to start it from 1st year.

If you have a gap you need to mention which is worth giving time ,and have value in the organisations and your desired field.

It can be any course, certificate of new required skills to get counted for the interview.

You can also mention the skills you have gained in recent gap year
