RMK got a mess where they serve you good non-veg food whereas rajalakshmi college does not offers non-veg food

Kindly provide me the details about the college and your interested course. Then only we can help. Usually government colleges do not ask for donations. Private colleges only do that. But getting into government colleges is very competitive and fee is lesser.
