how much do I need to score in pcm to get a seat in cse in rvce?

Ayush Maurya 21st Dec, 2021

Hello aspirant

For getting seat in RV College of Engineering(RVCE) you must have to qualify KCET examination.

As you also must be knowing that 45% of the total seats in RV college is reserved for the Karnataka state students. The cutoff rank for RBC through the KCET examination varies for all different Bachelor in engineering programs.

In PCM you must have to secure more than 280 and also you have to secure more than 140+ marks to he on the safer side to get a seat for cse in RVCE.

Every year competition lies in the region of 130 to 145.

How much marks should an sc student get to get free seat in RVCE through kcet ???

Rituparna Priyadarshini 15th Dec, 2021

Hello.

If you want to get admission in RVCE through Kcet then you must have to score 40% in the exam.  When you score the mentioned percentage then you can have some hope of getting in through KCET. However, as the ranks and cut offs keep changing each year ,it is not easy to predict what the select cut off would be for various categories. So just try to be above the previous year's cut off to try to be on the safe side.

Which will be a better option:-KIIT CSE/MSRIT ECE/RVCE EEE/BMS EEE.

Tanya Gupta 10th Dec, 2021

Hi,

RVCE EEE will be the best option as they offer the best placements feom any college in Bangalore. The faculty there are well qualified than any other college there. The number of companies coming to RVCE are more than 100 since 2015. The other colleges mentioned are not that good and the placement records aren't great. The companies coming there are less than 60. So RVCE will be a great option.

I hope this helps,

All the best

Which is better BMS or RVCE for admission in MCA?

Prangya panda 9th Dec, 2021

BMS (Bhusanayana Mukundadas Sreenivasaiah) College of Engineering, as well as RVCE (Rashtreeya Vidyalaya College of Engineering), are good colleges in education-wise. But, if you are more focusing on placements, then you should go for RVCE for the MCA program as it has very good placement performance in recent years. The stats of rvce show good growth in the placement department as compared to that of the placement of BMS college.

Hope you got your answer. Thank you.
