If fee is not a matter of concern so it also rules out ROI which is a primary factor in selecting colleges. In my view the only thing you should see now is where you can get maximum number of attractive packages and job opportunities. So following below is the order I would recommend you to prefer:
If it is Jadavpur University College then fine but if any other affiliated college push it down just above KIIT.

Hello Aspirant! If you're from general category then getting top colleges in Bangalore is a bit difficult but not impossible. You can get BMS, REVA, Alliance or any other top private institutes through management quota too or else you can appear in KCET for better chances of admission. Though you haven't mention about your caste category in your query.. but as per Open category rank (assuming) , you may not have good chances to get CS branch in RV college of engg. Well, you can get Industrial Engineering and managemnet course in this college through your rank.
