Both are the good options branch wise & College wise. it depends on your capabilities. If you are interested for CSE Then you can go for RVCE & if you want Electrical then you can go for NIT Surat. Both branches are good.

No you won't get cse in RV.....but you can try for cse in bmsce,pesit,msrit.....all these have gooad placement and academic records

With your rank I suggest you to opt for bmsit for electrical and electronics,siddaganga institutte is also best suited for you,please go to comedk website and download last years cutoff.....Best of luck.

No....For HK quota reservation your rank have to be less than 1600 to get RVCE CS....but You will get good colleges.....Comedk has released last year's cutoff in their official website http://www.comedk.org
