I think NIT Surat Electrical is better than RVCE CSE as NIT is reputed college anywhere you go you have advantage of study from NIT and NIT have good minded students and strong alumni network.If you have interest in coding you will join coding club.
This cannot be specified that how many people from South India get placed. You will have to really work hard to get placed in the above mentioned companies.
