sorry to say you but you actually does not specified your examination and in which course you want to get in. To get B tech course you should have applied for MHTCET or jee main pass the examination with good marks and rank. For m tech degree you have to clear GATE examination.

As per your jee percentile it is difficult to get a seat in top branches like cse ece in sardar patel institute of technology as the cut off for these branches according to jee mains around 7k .
Even if i consider some low branches it is still very difficult to grab any seat in this college as the cut off for all branches is high compared to your rank.
