In response to your inquiry, and in light of the fact that you are unsure about the two examinations, the Jee and the SAT,
I'd like to point out that it is entirely dependent on your field of interest. If you want to study engineering, you should definitely take the Jee test, since it is the most significant exam for engineers in the nation. However, if you want to study overseas, you should take the GMAT.
Hi,
Well there the admission criteria is very holistic and they consider the overall application including grades, motivation letter, sat or act scores and other scores, extra curricular, recommendation letter and complete application. So even if grades are off a bit other parts can make the application way too strong. Also your grades are pretty decent so go on and apply.

Well the grades seem decent enough to apply. Also the sat score is good too. Whatever extra curricular activities that you have should be submitted. Get a good recommendations from your academic counselor. Frame a beautiful and honest motivation letter and submit the best that you can as a whole application. I think this will do.
Hi Jathin!
Congrats on your score in SAT! Carnegie Mellon University, Pennsylvania, requires an average SAT Score from you to be placed there.
The Composite Mark of both Maths and Reading+Writing is taken as your SAT Score.
According to them the least SAT Score you got to have is 1460 and the above average score is considered to be 1560. So, from this the Average Score is 1510. But, your Score is more sufficient and nearing to above average.
So, you need not worry! Definitely you'll be placed as per the said norms by Carnegie Mellon University.
Hope this is helpful!
All the best!
I believe it is always preferred to major in a Core Engineering Subject, like Computer Science or Electronics than in any specialization like AI or Data Engineering. BS in CSE from Carnegie Mellon with specialization in Robotics will perhaps be the optimum combination for you, and will open a sea of career scope and prospects to you after Graduation. Though, I alert you this combination is going to be tough and you should be ready to give your heart.
Well as far as I know, st. Xavier's College Mumbai have its own entrance exam for master admission. Just keep checking the website and register when the application starts and then give the exam. Also the college is really good considering the reputation, faculty and also the location.
Yeah that will be a safer choice. If you major in Robotics then the spectra of job description gets reduced. But with AI you will have a more number of options in perspective to the job and having a additional major in Robotics will highlight your qualification. This will enable you to be job secure as well as pursuing your dream.
Have a great eve!
