Yes its no doubt a good College. Do apply for it. Even your rank and scores are good enough to be applicable on this. Its flourished with all the amenities be it curriculum , academic programs or environment everything is good. You'll definitely get thos college with choice of your branch too.

Your rank is good enough to get an admission.  for BC category the cutoff mark is 52. it may get changed for this year. and for ethiraj college the cutoff mark is 50. Chances are still there for you to get an admission. You can get an admission in the above two mentioned college.

Yes sathyabama college accepts TANCET for MBA admission. If you undergo counselling and get an admission then your fee structure will be low as compared to management quota admission.

Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai has been ranked higher . It's rating is AAAA whereas Saveetha Engineering College have a rating  of AAA according to careers360 rating. Saveetha Engineering College is NBA accredited. Sathyabama Institute of science and technology is IAO accredited. Infrastructure and other facilities of both the Colleges are nice. But if we consider placement then Sathyabama Institute of Science and technology is better.

To obtain admission in MBBS colleges you need to have bagged the minimum qualifying score or the minimum qualifying percentile in NEET. The NEET qualifying score is the minimum percentile that if needed to be achieved in order to gain admission to any medical college by passing the examination. For this each category has their own percentile. 

1- unreserved category : 50% that is 701-134 scores

2- physically handicapped : 45% that is 133-120 scores

3- scheduled caste : 40% that is 133-107 scores

4- scheduled tribe : 40% that is 133-107 scores

5- other backward classes : 40% that is 133-107 scores

6- scheduled caste - physically handicapped : 40% that is 133-107 scores

7- scheduled tribe - physically handicapped : 40% that is 133-107 scores

8- other backward classes - physically handicapped : 40% that is 133-107 scores
