Hello Deepa,
I will base my answers on reviews left my students either currently studying, or graduated from the colleges you are enquiring about:
1. Sathyabama University: This college has many great reviews by students based on their infrastructure, placevents and faculty. The college seems to provide a fully Wifi-enabled campus, as well as a huge library with thousands of books. The faculty is said to be competent and devoted. There are a lot of opportunities to attend seminars and workshops that are helpful for future. The placement scene is also pretty robust as reputed companies visit the campus for Recruitment.
2. VelTech University
This college is more famous for its technical courses, due to which it is difficult to find a good, reliable review for their law department. However, this college is very reputed and has a legacy of excellent placements and faculty. The same can probably be estimated for their Law department. However, it will be advisable to reach out to some student who is currently studying in the college to gain a clear overview.
You will not get Sathyabama university with this percentile. As per your perecentile and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get are:-
COE pune
Vishkarma engineering college
