Unfortunately answer is no. A candidate can take admission in Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology only on the basis of merit in SAEEE. Sathyabama University conducts Sathyabama All India Entrance examination for admission in UG engineering course . So one need to appear for SAEEE to take admission in the college . It does not accept marks of JEE MAIN.

As I am an Sathyabama student I am answering this.In Sathyabama University, Wife will be available all over the campus. But the speed may varies in different places, In the Dom area it will be good. you are free to use the mobile phones all over the campus but there is a restriction that your phone must be in silent mode when u are in the class. There are total 5 canteens in the campus and management is constructing 5 new food courts in the campus it will be ready for the next batch.

I would advise you to choose college over branch and go with ece in sastra university . So i will provide you with the overall data of both colleges.Both the college has adequate infrastructural facilities with library, hostel, auditorium and all other necessary facilities .Sastra has better student reviews as compared to sathyabhama university.Sastra has higher nirf ranking.Placements are good in both the colleges. Sastra has higher median salary package.
with 84.4 percentile,it will be quit difficult to get a Government College.
But if your Category is SC\ST then you may get Government college in your Home state.

Satyambha University is a private deemed university in Chennai, Tamil Nadu imparting education in science, engineering, technology, architecture, dental science, pharmacy, nursing, management, and arts.
The fee structure for Sathyabama university for the CSE with specialization in AI and ML will be around 2,50,000 per annum. In addition to this the hostel fees is includes 80,000 per year. Also a refundable caution deposit of rupees 10000 is to be paid in the first year.
