Its ur own choice your board result is excellent but your jee main percentile is very low. If you are living near noida then there are many colleges . you can check their nirf rankings 2020 and select your college. Many colleges give admission on basis of board results.

And as far as for jee main in september you can also wait for that  . but it depends on you whether you will get best percentile or not . If you are pretty sure then you can wait otherwise you should take admission in best private college in  noida . The private colleges in noida are much good than NIIT and Some of IITs like Amity University Noida, Shiv Nadar University , jaypee university etc . You can also get scholarships in these private colleges. So all depends on your choice.

As per your query if you are looking outside hostel near Sector for Gurugaon then mostly no hostel are available but accommodation is for less price with good atmosphere then you can go through the Paying Guest (PG) but as per your tagging line Saveetha Engineering college is established in Chennai and they not offer any branches in Gurugaon .

TO get admission in bhavana college in coumputer science and engineering department you should score 60%  minimum or higher marks overall acedemics are required. And it depends on the marks you obtain in the Entrance examination of that college . If you have any other quires let me know .
