There is no certain criteria that a dropper cannot get the OBC scholarship. Anyone who fits right into teh OBC category according to the state as well as central OBCs list is eligible to claim the reservation benefits of OBC category by providing the valid category certificate.
So, if you take admission to the college after dropping a year or more, you are still eligible to claim the OBC category benefits.

If you are GPAT qualified and take admission through your gpat score you will be eligible to avail the gpat stipend in any college. In any category if you are qualified you just need to submit your quota certificate or proof during the scholarship registration.

If a candidate who Qualifies LPUNEST exam can get a study grant of Rs.1 Lakh for study education institutions like IITs/ NITs/ IIMs/ NLUs/ IHMs/ NIDs/ IITs and can also get admission to LPU programs and avail scholarship of up to Rs.6 Lac.
As per your score, you have got only 40% which means yes, you are eligible to get seat but there will be no scholarship with this percentage. But it is advisable to talk to the college authority to check the internal process for the same.

As you have got 99. 2 3 7 percentile marks in AEEE i.e. Amrita Entrance Examination.fir Engineering then there is a great chance for you to take admission in your choice of engineering subject at the main campus at Coimbatore Tamil Nadu.
AEEE is held in two phases once in a year. For every phases slots have 150 minutes time duration. Subjects are physics 30 marks, chemistry 25 marks, mathematics 40 marks and English 5 marks. The exams divided into two phases the subjects examination held in phase 1 is also the same in phase 2. Appearing for the phase 2 depends upon you. If you confident about phase 1 attempt of examination about securing considerable high marks in the entrance test then there is no need to appear for the phase 2 examination.
