According to the reservation criteria, if the insitute in which you are taking admission comes under the central government and your category/caste falls under the central list of OBCs then surely your OBC certificate will get accepted and you will be granted reservation seat of OBC category.

Yes scholarships depends upon the marks you have scored in the equivalent examjamtion you have given. See, Bachelor of science is a three year undergraduate course which provides various informatiiband also jobs as well.
It is a general degree and the scope for this degree is quite less. Talking about your course fees for bsc computer science, it depends upon the college you will be opting for this course. I would suggest you to kindly mention the college name for better reach.

yeah! You will be able to get the scholarship for the B.Pharm course but atfirst you have to cancel your admission from the BSc college and then you have to take admission in the B.Pharm college. The procedure is that you have to reapply again as a student of B.Pharm, the procedure for that will be directed to you from the SVMCM helpdesk. if any individual whose family income is less than 8,00,000 per annum, then he/she is eligible for scholarships, not only in Engineering but the student can get benefit in any educational program. Talking particularly about Engineering, there are tons of scholarships scheme and you can opt for any among them. You just have to submit an online application of a particular scholarship scheme and have to submit a hard copy to the scholarship section of the college in which you taken admission, there is an online portal for scholarship to submit an application in which you can apply very easily (eg. MAHADBT is online portal for the colleges of Maharashtra), just make sure you should have all the following documents:
1- Income Certificate.
2- Marksheet for HSC and SSC.
3- CAP round allotment letter.
4- Domicile certificate.
5- Photo Identity (Aadhaar card).
6- Student bank account details.
7- Copy of Ration card if applicable.
8- College fees receipt.
About EBC certificate (Economical backward class)- It is a subcategory of Individual whose family income is less than 8,00,000. And should not belong to any caste which is identified as SC,ST or OBC. The Individual can get benefit of complete or partial waiver of educational institution's tution fees. However it may vary from state to state. You can opt the EBC certificate by submit an application to your nearest Tahsil.
