yeah! You will be able to get the scholarship for the B.Pharm course but atfirst you have to cancel your admission from the BSc college and then you have to take admission in the B.Pharm college. The procedure is that you have to reapply again as a student of B.Pharm, the procedure for that will be directed to you from the SVMCM helpdesk. if any individual whose family income is less than 8,00,000 per annum, then he/she is eligible for scholarships, not only in Engineering but the student can get benefit in any educational program. Talking particularly about Engineering, there are tons of scholarships scheme and you can opt for any among them. You just have to submit an online application of a particular scholarship scheme and have to submit a hard copy to the scholarship section of the college in which you taken admission, there is an online portal for scholarship to submit an application in which you can apply very easily (eg. MAHADBT is online portal for the colleges of Maharashtra), just make sure you should have all the following documents:
1- Income Certificate.
2- Marksheet for HSC and SSC.
3- CAP round allotment letter.
4- Domicile certificate.
5- Photo Identity (Aadhaar card).
6- Student bank account details.
7- Copy of Ration card if applicable.
8- College fees receipt.
About EBC certificate (Economical backward class)- It is a subcategory of Individual whose family income is less than 8,00,000. And should not belong to any caste which is identified as SC,ST or OBC. The Individual can get benefit of complete or partial waiver of educational institution's tution fees. However it may vary from state to state. You can opt the EBC certificate by submit an application to your nearest Tahsil.

MahaDBT Scholarship: Maharashtra Direct Benefit Transfer (MahaDBT) is a government-run web platform via which students who have completed the class 10 board exam (Post Matric students) can apply for scholarships. It is an initiative supported by the Indian government's Direct Benefit Transfer scheme. The major purpose of the MahaDBT site is to facilitate the effective implementation and disbursement of scholarships to students in Maharashtra.
Students can apply for a variety of scholarship programmes sponsored by various Maharashtra government agencies and organisations through the MahaDBT portal.
There are total 9 number of scholarships availavble for obc students.

1. All students who received an average of 80% or more in class 10 or 12 and wish to enroll in a diploma or bachelor's degree program.
2. Those students who received more than 65 percent in their diploma and wish to enroll in a bachelor's degree program.
3. Students whose parents' annual household income is less than Rs 600000
4. Shahid Jawan's children
5. Must be a permanent resident of Gujarat
The benefits are as follows-
The scholarship amount of INR 2,00,000 per annum or 50% of the tuition fees, whichever is less
Books and Equipment assistance – INR 10,000
Hostel grant – INR 1,200 per month
