Well for getting into IITs requires you to clear IIT JAM (M.Sc) and currently there's no stipend for M.Sc students at IITs.
Well IITs do offer stipends to the students who enroll themselves for Joint MSc- PhD programmes and qualify it.

Candidates who belong from General category do not get scholarship.
If you belong from a category (OBC, ST, SC , etc.) then you will get Scholarship from your college.
The college will give you a scholarship only if you have all the documents of your caste.
