See you have just passed class 12 and usually in many colleges pe is excluded but that then again depends upon the college.
If you are in isc then you could exclude pe i feel because that will actually be better.

The eligibility criteria says that you should have passed your 10+2 from a recognised board. As open schools are also a national board, it is aceepted as ling as you have the paasing certificate from NIOS.

Jharkhand Open School is run by the Government of Jharkhand. It has been sent for approval for COBSE consideration. It had been registered under the Government of Jharkhand and its certficates are recognised by MHROD as well. So it is not a fake Institution.
