To avail the Delhi state quota you must have completed your class 12th within the territorial area of Delhi. Since Ghaziabad lies in Uttar Pradesh, you cannot avail the home state quota for Delhi and hence will not be able to apply for the 85 percent state quota

There is no fixed cut off or minimum eligibility score in CMAT that one requires to apply to JK Business School. However, for the final selection, 35% weightage is given to entrance exam scores and 45% weightage is given to Group discussion, Personal Interview and Written ability test. 10% weightage

Dear Bhawna, improvement exams are for those students who havr already passed their exams but re wrote the exams for better marks/percentile/score. In such case you cannot be exempted from appearing for NEET. As long as you meet the required aggregate for your category(General Category: 50%, SC/ST/OBC: 40%, PWD: 45%)

Nativity Certificate is a government document that is issued by the state govenments to certify that the individual is residing in a particular location for five or more years. 

Looks like you are not eligible for the nativity certificate for Tamil Nadu as you are residing for 2
