To pass you must have to score atleast 12 marks in practicals and 23 marks in theory.

To pass chemistry paper open you ncert books and solve all the exercise questions of these chapters

For appearing in NEET examination, a student must passed 12th board exam. Since your daughter passed only 10th board examination so she will not appear in NEET as of now. Firstly, she should clear 12th board examination and then after she will appear in NEET.
