Hi Naveeda, if u have studied in Bangalore, your educational certificates will have the details of your school and colleges that you studied at. That is a proof in itself that you  have been a resident of Bangalore. You don't need a bonafide certificate again. Hope this helps!

As per 2019 qualifying cutoff General category, you should have 40% of 200 marks. You will have to score 40 marks in each- MAT and SAT and overall 80 to qualify. Your score is good enough to qualify, But the selection for the second round depends on Tamilnadu cutoff.

Yes, of course you are eligible for the NEET 2019 examination. Actually, you have to score 50% marks in aggregate in the 12th board examination and just pass marks marks in all other individual subjects to eligible for the NEET examination.

I'm sorry akbar, you can't apply for MSE. because,MSE mentioned that the applicants should have 55% aggregate marks in +2(as maths as its one of main subjects ).

But the some institutes like GOKHALE INSTITUTE OF POLITICS AND ECONOMICS  does not have such a requirements.so, you could apply for it.
