Dear Narullah, as of now, only locomotor disabilities are considered under physically handicapped quota. Visual disability doesnt fall under this category yet. However, if a student with a visual disability has scored in the merit list, he/she cannot be denied a seat according to the Suprerme Court's ruling. Good Luck!
