In UPES upto 20% seat is given through JEE Mains score and minimum 60% percentile score in JEE is needed for admission in UPES for B.tech in Upstream & Petroleum Engineering. However you should also apply for UPESEAT Paper because 80% admissions are done on this basis.

i very sorry to say you really have very high rank with these its really not possible to get the NIT nor IITs so i would like to suggest you to take the path with the colleges accepting the JEE main score where as you might get the
