The institute provides a variety of infrastructure services. A modern gymnasium is one of the Sagar Institute of Science, Technology, and Research facilities. Students use gym facilities to maintain their physical health. The institute has an auditorium for holding events such as seminars and workshops. The Sagar Institute of Science, Technology, and Research also have a well-equipped canteen where students and staff can get a variety of food. Students and faculty can use the institute's transportation services. The SISTec-R provides transportation for students and staff from various locations throughout Bhopal. Other SISTec-R facilities on campus include hostels for both boys and girls, a library, sports facilities, a medical center, Wi-Fi, IT infrastructure, laboratories, a swimming pool, and a guest room.

On campus, there are two boys' hostels. Each hostel in the boys' hostel is spacious and can accommodate three students, with a bed, tables and chairs, cupboards, shoe racks, and bookshelves provided. Wi-Fi is also available so that students can connect to the internet.

There is a girls' hostel at the college. There is a bed, tables and chairs, cabinets, shoe racks, and bookshelves in each room. Daily newspapers are available in the hostel, allowing students to stay informed about current events. The hostel mess is managed by the management through a private contractor under the supervision of the Principal and Administrative Officer. Vegetarian food is served in the hostel. Every day, a substantial and well-balanced breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served.

As a whole, Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology placements were up by 1.44% in 2022. The highest CTC offered by the company was Rs.31 lakh per annum (LPA). It was a successful placement process that garnered the participation of 474 companies, who rolled out over 2103 offers. There was a 92.64 per cent placement rate. The highest package offered in 2021 was 27 LPA.
