Hello,
Yes, you can apply for M.Sc. Biotechnology after B.Sc. Forensic Science, but eligibility depends on the university.
Most universities require a B.Sc. degree in life sciences such as Biotechnology, Microbiology, Zoology, Botany, Biochemistry, or related subjects. If your B.Sc. Forensic Science included subjects like Biology, Chemistry, and Genetics, you may be eligible.
It is best to check the specific eligibility criteria of the university where you want to apply.
Hope it helps !
The college's placement cell is active, organizing events like the annual internship fair "Converge," which attracts over 50 companies and facilitates internships for students . However, placement statistics for the Computer Science program are not publicly detailed. While some students have secured positions in reputable organizations such as TCS, EY, and Z.S. Associates, others have pursued higher studies in fields like MCA and MBA . It's important to note that the overall placement rate at PGDAV College is around 16.06%, with an average package of INR 4.67 LPA . Therefore, while the college offers opportunities, the outcomes can vary, and students should actively engage with the placement cell and seek internships to enhance their prospects.
For B.Sc. Computer Science students, PGDAV College offers reasonably good placement prospects, supported by an active placement cell and notable recruiters. Even though the overall college placement stats are modest, the CS department appears to deliver stronger outcomes.
Yes PGDAV College (affiliated with Delhi University) is quite decent for B.Sc Computer Science. The course is strong academically, and DU brand name adds value. However, placements for B.Sc are not as strong as B.Tech/Engineering. Some companies do visit , with average packages around 3–5 LPA.

Yes, the Gujarat board does allow students to register as private candidates for class 12th examinations that means that even if you are not enrolled in any school you can sit for the examination. For this you will have to fill out a special private candidate application form and submit it along with relevant documents like marksheet, ID card, photos, etc to the Gujarat state education board office. You can submit it either offline or online.
However, the 2026 application windows has not opened yet and when it will typically schools will handle the registration through their board login so as of now you will have to reach out any GSEB affiliated school or board office itself in order to seek guidance on how to apply as a private candidate for 2026.
Yes, it is possible. In PGCET, branches like CSE, ISE, and related specializations (like AI, ML, Data Science) are offered during counselling. If you are from EC background, you are eligible to opt for CSE/IT/Data Science branches in M.Tech through KEA. However, keep in mind that the cut-off for Data Science is quite high because it is in demand.
