No, mathematics plays an essential role in Engineering. 12th mathematics is the basics for Engineering mathematics. Engineering courses will look for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in your higher secondary schooling. But you can pursue biotechnology engineering. But definitely there is no chance for computer science engineering, architecture, civil etc.
