Neet eligibility  criteria says that, to be eligible  one must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical  of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination  if belong to general category

it would be really tough for you to get admissions into some colleges which provides merit basis admissions .even there are eligibility issues in colleges conducting entrance exams .so you should try to get admissions into some private college . do not worry about the quality of education

Well for a general category student to get admission on main campus with that score in social sciences is not possible because  the cut off goes high and your score is very low. But in mmv the chances might be there because the seats are reserved for girls and
