If you fail in 12th science in two subjects then you cant get a chance for supplementary but dont worry for that you will give a chance for reappear the exam of 12th in 2020 and don't anticipate that you will fail in the exam .

Nidhi, you haven't mentioned the Board you studied your 12th in. Every Board has its own improvement/supplementary examinations criteria.
