as per the guidelines ,if you are appearing for compartment exam then still you will be eligible to appear in NEET 2020 , but one thing you should make sure of is you must meeting the eligibility criteria specified by NTA to appear the entrance exam in 2020 ,

Hello,
As this was your improvement exam this year you have already passed the subjects in the last year and passed in them. As you failed in two subjects your last year marks would be considered for those two subjects. There is no compartment exam for improvement exams.

Yes, you can give improvements if the 12th results are out and the dates of improvement are released. You should apply for improvements from the institution, contact the Institution speak about improvement examinination. They will let you know when and how to apply.
