    You can appear in 2020 examination as no one is going to check your results on the day of examination, your results are verified during counselling.

    But yes, to be eligible  for taking admission after qualifying neet  you must pass your supplementary examination and get a minimum of 50%

    As this was your improvement exam this year you have already passed the subjects in the last year and passed in them. As you failed in two subjects your last year marks would be considered for those two subjects. There is no compartment exam for improvement exams.
