The percentile which you have got is less when compared to average so it would be very difficult for you to get a seat.So you can give another attempt and score more marks and high percentile.you can check previous year cut off and rank you can get an idea

According to last year cutoff minimum marks require to get a seat in pict pune is 124.

But this may vary every year.marks vs rank may change every year and cutoff will change respectively.

For pict pune we should apply for it separately that means it's admission is not
