According to general merit cutoffs of 2018, the closing rank for Computer engineering at COEP Pune was 119 and the cutoff marks was 179 in MHT CET. Also, take care of the fact that cutoffs can vary from year to year depending upon factors like number if seats available, number of students appearing for the examination, difficulty level of the paper etc.

Hello dear, yes there is chance through JEE mains, so check the cutoff of your state NIT and other colleges were JEE Mains marks is accepted, as here you will have maximum chances as there is 50% reservation for home state students also.

Add for MHTCET, dditionally, I have attached the link of previous year cutoff,  where you wil get branch wise cutoff of college, do check it, and tally with your rank you will get your answer.

As you have mentioned that your percentage in pcm was 92.07 and you come under obs category. Firstly look over the admission modes for PICT Pune.which is described below:

• One needs to take the MHT-CET exam (also called MH-CET exam) or JEE Main exam.
• Admissions are done on the basis of rank in MHT-CET through MHT CET Counselling.
• For All India seats, admissions are done on the basis of rank in JEE Main through MHT CET Counselling.

Now  if fall under these cutoff listed below, you will definitely get a seat.Sorry  your rank cannot be predicted through your percentage because it depends on many factors like citoff for the colleges, number of candidates appearing for the examination, difficulty level of the question paper and many more. So you want a seat in College of Engineering, Pune or PICT,Pune but to be honest even with Scheduled caste category your percentile is very low and it may not be enough to get admission in these premiere institutions. Yes you can definitely apply to both the colleges based on your mhtcet score.But as being an OMS student you have claim over 15% share of the seats.Due to this the competition rises and you need to have a good score to get you through.So if you have scored well enough you should surely apply and give it a shot.

As far as 2018 trends are concerned, ideal score to get into computer engineering in PICT comfortably would be anything above 165/200 for open category students.

However if your choice of branch is ENTC or IT , cutoff would slightly get lowered.

Hi there, your marks are unlikely less to get admission in pict, pune as there last cutoff for cs was 130+. But there are many more college you can apply for.

1. DY patil college of engineering,akurdi,pune

2. VIT, pune

3. Bhartiya vidyapeeth college of engineering, navi mumbai

4. Ramrao adik institute of Technology, mumbai

These are some private college where you can apply for cs branch.

Hello aspirant, as Electronics Engineering is good branch you can persue it from SPIT Mumbai or VIT Ubd or PICT Pune. But Electronics from SPIT Mumbai would be better than in other colleges mentioned by you. There is good scope for Electronics from this college. Now you can decide wisely.

Based on your category rank, under All India seat you might NOT be able to get into majority of NITs under Other State quota. However, you may have a good chance in Home State quota depending on the state.
