To get ccoc and vjti you have to score  around 160 -170 in mhtcet....

In Ceop different branch have their different cut off but the minimum  marks you want to score in mhtcet to get any branch in CEOP you have to score around 160 in mhtcet...

As I can see you have got good percentile in CET, I think 94.21 percentile is enough to get admission in PICT Pune. But I am not 100% sure, because competitions are increasing day by day. According to my knowledge you might get admission in PICT Pune.

As far as 2018 trends are concerned, ideal score to get into computer engineering in PICT comfortably would be anything above 165/200 for open category students.

However if your choice of branch is ENTC or IT , cutoff would slightly get lowered.
