So you want a seat in College of Engineering, Pune or PICT,Pune but to be honest even with Scheduled caste category your percentile is very low and it may not be enough to get admission in these premiere institutions. hello,It is not possible to get PICT pune at this rank,as the cut off goes very high for cs and IT, though you can get it through management call /whatsapp on 9921622156 for more details.
