The placements are very much efficicent as compared to saranthan college. If you consider it in percentage, 90% of the candidates get it on campus. It is not probably equal to saranthan college. But in all the conditions sastra university is much better than the other like in studies, food, crowd, infrastucture and the exposure is also very well that you can get there. Usually decreasing year by year infact.Once it was almost 100% due to bulk placements from software giant like TCS.out of the students get placed more than 50% will get into Software sector irrespective of department.
Currently placement percentage may be 80–85% hardly.
