Shanmugha Arts Science Technology Research and Academy, Thanjavur
It is very difficult to compare both because both are same. But ,as main campus of university Thanjavur is little bit better than src . you should join there where you feel easy and good.
Hi Niha,
70% seats are filled through university level counselling based on marks obtained in class 10+2 and rank obtained in JEE Mains.Selection parameter and weightages: 10+2 marks - 75% JEE Mains - 25%The remaining 30% seats are filled by the university based on the marks obtained in class 10+2.
Hope this helps.
All the best.
Honestly in a core branch of engineering your expectations mustn't be very high about placements, you just work on your skills like english speaking ,engineering skills and confidence built up etc...
But still 50/120 is a really good ratio even if you are a average student you will definitely get placed,
GOOD LUCK!
You must attend the counseling process first and see whether you are getting the desired branch or not because it is very hard to say as it depends on the availability of the seats. Wait for the official cut off release and then apply accordingly for the admissions.
SHASTRA university admission procedure you can see through this link because SHASTRA university takes 70,%admission through 12th marks and jee mains and 30% admission through 12th percentage .you should apply on the basis of 12th if you have not selected in jee mains. You also see the procedure with this link........

Hi Movies,
In addition to board percentage, you have to clear the cut off for SASTRA University in TS EAMCET, only then you get admission.
Thank you and best of luck.
Hey
You need to check the university website .
Thanks
Hello,
Sastra University take admission by two ways, 70% of seats are filled on the basis of the Jee score and 12th marks in which 75% weightage is given to the 12th marks and 25% weightage is given to the Jee score. Rest 30% seats are filled on the basis of candidates normalized aggregate marks of 12th only.
So, majorly to get admission in this university you have to score more in 12th. According to your rank it is difficult to get admission.
All the best
24th June was the last day of counselling for SASTRA University.
