There are different colleges in tamil nadu (both private and government) accepting students through jee mains rank.The top college is nit trichy.so,according to me with 45626 rank in obc category,u wont get admission in nit trichy.So you can try other colleges like sastra university,Bannari amaan institute of technology,satyabhama institute
For sastra there is no Cutoff. It is based on 12th percentage and jee main mark(sastra will calculate like this 12th percentage * 0.75+jee main mark * 0.25) total 165. Out 165 what is your based on that they will give the seat
