As per my knowledge , T here is no such criteria ( minimum JEE marks/12th board marks) for admission in to SASTRA university . SASTRA university has a separate procedure through stream 1 and stream 2 .

Coming to your query admission in SASTRA will be based on following 2 ways
One is based on the JEE examination and 10+2 marks in which 70 % of the seats will be occupied based on this weightage.
Remaining will be covered based 10+2 marks .

Since Sastra University is one of the very good Engineering colleges the cutoffs for CSE would be high. However Sastra University never discloses the cutoffs so it is hard to pinpoint what score in JEE might fetch you a seat. It also depends on your class 12 marks.
Admission procedure
