Out of both the university you mentioned, Bharath University has a good rating overall than Sastra University.

Only with your IPE score you can not get the seat in Sastra University.You require the valid JEE Main score. Please share your score accordingly I can help you.

According to my opinion, it's SASTRA University Thanjavur because it's the best university compared to VIT or else you can go for VIT . Actually, they both are good. It's your choice too.
