Sastra University is a very good deemed university which guarantees students for their placement. Also they train their students with a very good infrastructure and well trained faculties. Congratulations for getting admission in B.Tech EEE in Sastra University. In Sastra University, B.Tech EEE is not an integrated course.

You are having the scope of getting EEE stream and if you wait for further sessions you can get into ECE group also. CSE is difficult. Allotment also depends on vacancies. So wait with patience if you are aiming to this University only.

Sorry to mention that there are less chances to get into Sastra University into ECE stream but if you go for further streams you have the opportunity to get into EEE group.Because it depends on the vacancies available too.

The cut off to get into sastra university is less than 600 rank. But it different from main campus to other campus. For src campus , with your rank of 261 in stream one, I think you can make it to cse or ece but by the second or third
